John Whaite served up tempered dark chocolate with honeycomb shards on Chopping Block.

The ingredients include: 500g dark chocolate.

For the honeycomb shard: 5 tbsp golden syrup, 200g caster sugar, drop of water, 2 tsp bicarbonate of soda.

To decorate: eatable gold dust and gold leaf.
