Nigel Slater served up a sweet potato grocer’s pie with leftover lentil stew on Nigel Slater’s Dish of the Day.
Nigel says: “This dish is like a splash of winter sunshine on a plate.”
The ingredients are: 250g leftover lentil stew, 3 sweet potatoes and a few generous glugs of olive oil.
