Dean Edwards served up sticky bangers with hedgehog potatoes for a cheap and easy to make mid week supper on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients for the sticky glaze are: 1 tbsp runny honey, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 heaped tsp wholegrain mustard and 2 tbsp olive oil.
For the sausage and potatoes: 6 pack of good quality sausages of your choice, 8 rashers smoked streaky bacon, 4 medium sweet potatoes, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, crushed, 4 beetroot, peeled and quartered, 1 bulb garlic, cut horizontally and Cherry tomatoes on the vine.
