Nigel Slater served up a cherry chocolate iced rice pudding with cream and a vanilla pod on Nigel Slater’s Dish of the Day.
Nigel says: “The dessert should be crisp on the outside but soft and sweet within.”
The ingredients are: 300g pudding rice, 750ml pint milk, 50g golden caster sugar, 1 vanilla pod, 750ml double cream, 100g dark chocolate, roughly chopped and 300g chopped cherries.
