John Whaite smoked haddock and chorizo stew recipe on Lorraine

John Whaite served up smoked haddock and chorizo stew for a Friday night fish supper on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 300g raw chorizo sausage, 2 large leeks, 2 large fillets smoked haddock, 500ml good-quality chicken stock, 2 tbsp non-pareil capers, sea salt flakes and coarse black pepper.
