James Martin served up monkfish with lentils in a red wine sauce on James Martin’s French Adventure.

The ingredients include: monkfish, butter, lentils, garlic, onions, bacon lardons, parsnips, leek, carrots, red wine, chicken stock, parsley, sherry vinegar and lemon juice.

For the stuffing: lemon and fresh herbs, salt and pepper.

    Here we are told that the monkfish with lentils etc. as cooked by James Martin
    French Adventure. But I seem to have bought the book and seem to have
    the copy that does not have this recipe in it? Very disappointing!
