Paul Ainsworth served up a chocolate and vanilla Battenburg cake with jam and marzipan for afternoon tea on Royal Recipes with Michael Buerk.
The Queen is said to be fund of afternoon tea and the Battenburg cake with apricot jam is a Royal favourite.
