Gino’s stuffed focaccia recipe on This Morning

Gino served up stuffed focaccia bread on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 350g strong white flour, plus extra for dusting, 5g fast action yeast (easy blend) dried yeast, 1 teaspoon salt and 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for greasing and brushing.

For the filling: 300g taleggio cheese, rind removed and cut into small cubes, 100g walnut halves, roughly chopped, 2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely sliced, Freshly ground black pepper and Parma ham or other cured meat optional.
