Mark Boule served up eggs drumkilbo, which was a favourite dish of the Queen’s mother, on on Royal Recipes with Michael Buerk.

The dish consists of: lobster, prawns, tomato puree, Tabasco sauce, anchovies, fresh tomatoes, mayo and hard boiled eggs.
