James Martin hunters chicken with bacon recipe on James Martin’s French Adventure

James Martin served up hunters chicken chasseur with bacon and red wine on James Martin’s French Adventure.

James says: “This is a one pot wonder French chicken chasseur dish served with proper mash potatoes made with cream and butter.”

To make the dish, James used: bacon, shallots, garlic, 1 tbsp tomato puree, 1 tbsp flour, red wine, chicken stock, tarragon, mushrooms, tomatoes, butter, salt and pepper for seasoning.
