Paul Ainsworth gaelic steaks with whisky sauce recipe

Paul Ainsworth served up Prince Philip’s favourite BBQ dish, Gaelic steaks with whisky sauce, on Royal Recipes with Michael Buerk.

The dish is served with potatoes cooked with bayleaves, thyme, salt and pepper in foil on the barbacue.

The ingredients for the sauce are: mushrooms, shallots, whisky, beef stock and cream.
