Paul Ainsworth Cornish lobster with caper butter and poached eggs recipe

Paul Ainsworth served up a Cornish lobster with caper butter, poached eggs sitting on top of toasted English muffins on today’s episode of Royal Recipes with Michael Buerk.

To make his butter Paul used: capers, gherkin, shallots, mustard, parsley and seasoning.

Paul completed his Royal dish with watercress as a garnished.
