Phil Vickery served up a tasty sausage casserole with chickpeas dish that cost 41p per portion on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 8 sausages cut onto 5 pieces making 32 pieces, 2 onions, very finely chopped, 1 x 400g can chickpeas, 2 cans chopped tomatoes, 200mls water, 1 x 10g chicken or pork stock cube, pinch sugar, 2 tbsp vinegar, 200g frozen peas, salt and pepper.
