James Tanner served up a sugar-free granola for breakfast on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 3 tbsp maple syrup or raw runny honey, 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract, 3 tbsp almond butter, softened, 3 egg whites, 400g rolled oats, 80g oat bran, 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon, ½ tsp ground ginger, 1 pinch of sea salt, 50g dried apricots, chopped, 50g sultanas, 140g toasted whole almonds and 40g sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds.
