John and Liam from The Lean Machine joint Simon Rimmer in the kitchen ro served up quick steak tacos with guacamole on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 2 garlic cloves, crushed, 2 teaspoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, juice of 1 lime, 350g rump steak, fat trimmed sea salt and black pepper.
For the guacamole: 2 spring onions, finely chopped, 1 green chilli, deseeded and finely chopped, 1 small garlic clove, crushed, uuice of 1 lime, 1 ripe medium avocado (150g), small bunch of coriander (25g), finely chopped, sea salt and black pepper.
To serve: 4 small soft flour tortillas Chilli sauce.
