Tom Daley chicken with mozzarella and pesto filo parcels recipe on This Morning

Tom Daley revealed how to eat like an Olympian with his chicken, mozzarella and pesto filo parcels using a recipe from his new book on This Morning.

The Olympian swapped the diving board for the chopping board as he whip up this tasty and healthy dish.

The ingredients are: 1 tbsp olive oil, 8 large basil leaves, finely chopped, 1 tsp pine nuts, 225g skinless, boneless chicken breast or thigh meat, chopped, 3 sundried tomatoes, finely chopped, 125g mozzarella, chopped, 4 rectangular sheets (about 170g) of filo pastry, 20g butter, melted and Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
