Pineapple with rum and cardamom tuile biscuits recipe on The Hairy Bikers’ Comfort Food

Si and Dave served up a delicious pineapple with rum, star anise and cardamom tuile biscuits dessert on The Hairy Bikers’ Comfort Food.

The ingredients are: 1 large pineapple, peeled and cut into thick slices, 200g demerara sugar, 50g butter, few star anise, broken up, 1 lemongrass, roughly chopped, 1 piece pared lime zest and 100ml rum.
