The ingredients are: 50g fresh basil leaves, 2 cloves garlic, gems removed, pinch sea salt, 4 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan, 2 tbsp freshly grated mature pecorino, 125ml extra virgin olive oil and 275g ricotta.
