Nadiya Hussain served up delicious spiced biscotti with an orange syllabub dip for the festive season on Nadiya’s Festive Family Feast.
The ingredients for the biscotti are: 350g plain flour, plus extra for dusting, 2 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp mixed spice, 250g golden caster sugar, 1 orange, zest only, 85g raisins or currants, 85g goji berries or dried cranberries, 50g cashews or macadamias, roughly chopped, 50g pecans or pistachios, roughly chopped and 3 large free-range eggs, beaten.
For the syllabub dip: 50g caster sugar, 300ml whipping cream, 2 oranges, zest and a little juice and 4 tbsp whole milk.
