Rick Stein served up a delicious peach pie with Greek yoghurt on Rick Stein’s Long Weekends.
The ingredients are: 10 peaches (fresh or tinned), 2 vanilla pod strips, 5 sheets of filo pastry, melted butter, honey, icing sugar and Greek yoghurt to serve.
