Dean Edwards and his daughter served up delicious Christmas brownie bites on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 250g dark chocolate (70% cocoa content), 250g unsalted butter, 330g golden caster sugar, 4 eggs, 150g plain flour, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 100g mini marshmallows and Pinch of salt.
Decoration:
For the Christmas trees: Multi-coloured sugar coated chocolate sweets, Green icing and Coloured sprinkles.
For the Snowmen: Thick white glace icing, White marshmallows, Black glace icing and Red sugar coated chocolate sweets.
For the Reindeer: Pretzels, Red sugar coated sweets, Brown sugar coated sweets, Little white glace icing and Chocolate spread.
