Simon Rimmer and Ed Balls served up a delicious white chocolate mousse dessert recipe on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 12 sponge fingers, 100ml Cointreau or other clear orange liqueur, 250g white chocolate, 3 separated eggs, 1 vanilla pod, 50g sugar, 300ml cream, lightly whipped and garnish with white choc balls.
