Simon Rimmer served up a tasty brown Rice kedegree dish on today’s episode of Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 1 finely chopped onion, 50g butter, 350g brown rice, 15g curry powder, 1 cinnamon stick, 600ml warm chicken stock, 2 smoked mackerel fillets, 100g peas, 5g nutmeg, 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped parsley, 150g black pudding, sliced into rounds and fried crisp, garnish with yoghurt and nutmeg.
