In today’s episode of Nigel and Adam’s Farm Kitchen farm, Nigel servers up a very tasty looking lamb burger slathered in cheese in his dream of a farmhouse kitchen in the Cotswolds.
Nigel makes his burgers with the minced lamb, a product that he believes we in the UK don’t use as much as we should compared to our consumption of minced beef.
In his recipe Nigel adds capers, gherkins and anchovies – his secret ingredient – to the lamb mince for extra flavour. He fries the burgers before finishing cooking them in the oven.
