Andrew served up a delicious looking chocolate cake using his Grandmother’s recipe on The Great British Bake Off 2016 final.
The ingredients are: 235g self-raising flour, 255g caster sugar, 20g cocoa powder, 1½ tsp baking powder, 4½ medium free-range eggs, beaten, 255g baking margarine and 2 tbsp semi-skimmed milk.
For the icing: 225g caster sugar, 225g evaporated milk, 240g plain chocolate, finely chopped and 115g salted butter.
To decorate: 75g raspberries, 30g roasted chopped hazelnuts, 50g dark chocolate and 50g white chocolate.
