James Tanner served up a tasty Chinese duck and noodles dish on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 4 x 6oz boned duck breast (Gressingham or Creedy Carver), 3 pieces of stem ginger in syrup, chopped, plus 1 tablespoon of the syrup, 2 tbsp hoisin sauce, 4 small pak choi, quartered or 100g stem broccoli, roughly chopped and 200g dried glass noodles.
