Jason Vale served up tasty no dough halloumi pizza on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients for the base are: 120g oats (gluten-free option available), 100g cashew nuts, 1 pinch Himalayan or sea salt, 1 pinch black pepper and 2 large parsnips, grated.
For the sauce: 2 cloves garlic, 20 cherry tomatoes, 40g or 2 large handfuls fresh basil, 160g sun-dried tomatoes, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 pinch Himalayan or sea salt and 1 pinch ground black pepper.
For the topping: 225g halloumi and 20g pine nuts.
