Earlier in this episode of Paul Hollywood Puds and Pies, Paul met cake designer Peggy Porschen who use eatable flowers as decorations on her cakes for many of her illustrious clients.
Having invited Peggy to his kitchen, Paul decided for his next bake he would like Peggy along with her assistant Olivia, to decorate his next offering fit for any family or banquet.
Paul makes a light strawberry mousse cake with a genoise sponge, evaporated milk, strawberry jelly as well as fresh strawberry. Peggy made the eatable decorations opting for sugar strawberries and strawberry blossoms.
