Andrew produced tasty Baklava bites with a recipe that impressed Paul and Mary on The Great British Bake Off.
The ingredients for the filling are: 140g pistachio kernels, 20g caster sugar and ½ tsp ground cinnamon.
For the pastry: 4 sheets readymade filo pastry, cornflour, for dusting and 75g unsalted butter, melted.
For the syrup: 120g clear honey, 25g caster sugar, ½ lime, zest only and 1 cinnamon stick.
For the decoration: 2 limes, zest removed in long, thin strips using a canelle knife and 50g pistachio kernels, halved.
