Simon Rimmer’s bacon and cheddar quiche recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer and Aston Merrygold served up a tasty smoked bacon and cheddar quiche on today’s episode of Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients for the pastry are: 225g plain flour, 100g butter, 50ml water and 1 egg to glaze.

For the filling: 200g smoked bacon lardons, cooked, 3 eggs, 200ml crème friache, 100g cooked, cubed new spuds, 150g grated Montgomery Cheddar and Serve with green salad leaves.
