Paul Ainsworth homemade fish finger sandwiches and salad cream recipe on This Morning

Paul Ainsworth and James Martin served up tasty Cornish homemade fish finger sandwiches and salad cream on This Morning.

The ingredients for the fish fingers are: 4 large fillets of plaice (skinned and filleted), 200g panko breadcrumb, 2 egg whites (whisked up), 100g parmesan, 1 zest of a lemon, 50g freshly chopped parsley, 2 baby gem lettuce and 2 really ripe beef tomatoes.

For the homemade salad cream: 1 tbsp plain flour (sieved), 4tsp caster sugar, 1tbsp Coleman’s English mustard powder (sieved), Pinch salt, 2 Whole eggs, 100ml white wine vinegar, 150ml double cream and Lemon juice to taste.
