Joe Wicks peppered steak with sweet potato chips recipe on This Morning Rio Extravaganza

Joe Wicks served up a tasty peppered steak with sweet potato chips and chimichurri sauce on This Morning Rio Extravaganza to celebrate the start of the Rio Olympics.

The ingredients are: 1 large sweet potato, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp pink peppercorns, 1 x 250g sirloin steak, trimmed of visible fat, salt, 2 tbsp dried breadcrumbs and Juice of 1 lemon.

For the chimichurri sauce: Small bunch parsley, roughly chopped, Handful oregano, chopped (or 1 tsp dried oregano), 2 garlic cloves, 1 shallot or small onion, chopped, ½ tsp chilli flakes, 2 ½ tbsp. olive oil, juice ½ lemon and 2 tsp red wine vinegar.
