Paul Hollywood Pies and Puds: Brie Brioche pie

Earlier in today’s 15th episode of Paul Hollywood Pies and Puds, we say Rachel Allen take over Paul’s kitchen and served up one of her family’s favourite treats.

Paul continue the family theme and invites Rachel to watch him produce a bake that he thinks his son would love.

Paul decides to make a brie brioche pie using sweetened bread dough filled with a rich ham and cheese combo.

For his brioche dough, Paul used strong flour, salt, caster sugar, yeast, milk, free-range eggs and butter. And for his filling the master baker used prosciutto, cranberry sauce, large brie and eggs.

Once he made his brie parcel, he placed it on a baking tray, then glazed the dough with the beaten eggs and baked it for 20-25 minutes.
