Top London chocolatier Paul Young joins Paul Hollywood in his kitchen to create a mouth-watering chocolate prune tart.
Paul Young an awarding winning chocolatier who is at the forefront of the British chocolate scene. He is ranked amongst the world’s best chocolatiers, and he brought some of his handmade chocolate from is London store for Paul Hollywood to try.
After Paul helped himself to a hand full of these remarkable treats, Paul Young shocked him with the price tag. He told the master baker that each of the chocolates he just had is retailed at £2. Paul had eaten approximately £16 worth of chocolates in five minutes.
However, the very generous Paul Young stayed on to help the master baker make is delightful chocolate and prune tart by supplying the amazing chocolate gold leaf topping.

Paul’s chocolate and prune tart is delicious on its own or served with fruit or cream.
