Lucy served up a very nice cake for her signature bake according to the Bake Off judges.

The 38 year old horticulturist said she is passionate about using only local and seasonal ingredients, and wanted to use her home-grown food more creatively.

Lucy was taught how to bake by her paternal grandmother and her biggest baking passion is bread, specifically her apple sourdough.
