Professor Tim Spector revealed his recommended three distinct food groups to achieve a healthy diet that will produce good gut bacteria on Live Well for Longer with Dr. Tamal Ray and Kate Quilton.
The 3 groups are:
Probiotics – include foods like yoghurt, cheese and kefir.
Prebiotics – kidney beans, lentils, leeks, garlic and onions.
Polyphenols – tomatoes, blueberries and raspberries.
