Ruth Langsford took quite a soaking on ITV This Morning when she became the latest celebrity to volunteer for a Ice Bucket Challenge.

Ice Bucket Challenge is fast becoming a celeb thing to do and it is unsurprisingly where people douse themselves in icy water to raise money and awareness for Motor Neurone Disease.

Ruth accepted a challenge from Ben Shephard and Susanna Reid after she watching them being ice soaked on their ITV early morning show.

However, the challenge was for both Ruth and her co-presenter Eamonn Holmes to do the Ice Bucket Challenge, but only one of the two was brave enough to do it. Eamonn was clearly happy to participate by pouring ice water over his wife.
