Patrick Luckie’s healthy diet shopping list on How to Stay Young

Patrick Luckie turned his life around after switching to a Mediterranean style healthy diet on the How to Stay Young program.

The 51 year-old was put on a three month plan, which involved him eating healthier and doing more exercise.

He swapped chocolate for nuts, and began eating healthy foods like avocados, fruit, porridge and hummus to help reduce his body age from 73 to 64 in just 12 weeks.
