The queen of the chat shows, Oprah Winfrey, and the kings of the boybands, One Direction, meets with Jonathan Ross on his ITV show this weekend.

American chat show host Oprah Winfrey will make her first appearance on the Jonathan Ross show as part of her UK publicity drive to promote her new film The Butler.

Although the American star is best known for her long running international TV show ‘The Oprah Winfrey show’, that was concluded in 2011. She is also recognised as an accomplished actress staring in films that includes The Colour Purple and Beloved.

The woman who has been named as the richest African-American of the 20th century, the greatest black philanthropist in American history and North America’s only black billionaire will join the One Direction boys – Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan and Liam Payne – on Jonathan Ross’s sofa this weekend.
