A hand Grip Strength Dynamometry exercise gadget was showcased on Trust Me I’m a Doctor that revealed surprisingly positive results.

A group of voluntaries had to squeeze the handgrip dynamometer (an instrument that measures your grip strength) for 2 minutes at 30% of their maximum strength, with 2 minutes rest in between each squeeze. They did this 4 times in a row, 3 times each week.
