The actress’s spinach and sweet potato curry recipe is one food that helped her go from a size 22 to a size 10 along with exercise. Tonight she shone the spot light on dieting plans.
Catherine says the ingredients for her curry includes sweet potatoes, spinach, red onions, peppers, chickpeas, olive oil and garlic. The meal comes in at only one pound per person.
Catherine also revealed that a glass of red wine and dark chocolate are actually good for us.
