It is simply wonderful to see a former Beatle member still touring after all these years. Recently wed British music icon Sir Paul McCartney, has announced plans for three huge homecoming gigs to take place in December this year.
The former Beatle will perform shows in London, Manchester and Liverpool as part of his On The Run world tour.
Sir Paul said of his new tour dates: “Playing live is one of the most exciting parts of my job. My audiences seem to get better each year and the band and I love the buzz and feedback that they give us. I can’t wait to see you all for some wild nights of rock n’ roll and partying“.
The dates so far announced for McCartney’s UK 2011 tour are as follows:
London O2 Arena – 5th December
Manchester MEN Arena – 19th December
Liverpool Echo Arena – 20th December.
