JLS have pulled out of this year’s T4 On The Beach. The group reportedly blamed the cancellation on “production problems” as they were unable to soundcheck.
“We regret to inform you that JLS will not be able to perform at T4 On The Beach today due to production problems,” a message on their Facebook page read. “JLS flew in for T4OTB and arrived on site at Weston super-Mare at 7.30am for a soundcheck and camera rehearsal.
“The soundcheck was continually pushed back. JLS were finally able to soundcheck at 930am but by this point the gates were open and the crowd were let in which meant JLS could not soundcheck.
“As a result of not being allowed to soundcheck and rehearse JLS cannot perform their set which had been especially created for T4. JLS are gutted they are unable to perform on stage today and are sorry to fans who have travelled to see them but this situation was out of their control.”
All four members have since posted messages on their shared Twitter account, stating their disappointment at the news.
