Last year’s X Factor runner-up Olly Murs, has announced the title of his debut single, ‘Please Don’t Let Me Go’.

The singer, who was beaten by Joe McElderry in the finals of last year’s X Factor series, has co-written the track which he will release next month.

Olly, who continues to work on his album told The Sun: “The record’s one you could play in the car with the windows down when the weather’s good.”

The Sun also reports that the song’s sound as a mixture of Lily Allen, Paolo Nutini and UB40.
