Rachel Khoo’s chocolate and fig truffles recipe featured in Rachel Khoo’s Kitchen Notebook

Rachel Khoo’s trip around Europe on Rachel Khoo’s Cosmopolitan, provides mouthwatering recipes for her latest cook book titled Rachel Khoo’s Kitchen Notebook.

In Barcelona Rachel served up delicious chocolate and fig truffles, in Nice France she made little socca cakes with ratatouille after strolling around the Riviera town uncovering foodie gems in its charming back streets. In Istanbul Rachel was influenced by Turkish Coffee and used some to make delicious Turkish Coffee Creams.

The book reflects Rachel travels to some of the most beautiful foodie countries in the world, heading for cosmopolitan locations both urban and rural to get inspiration for dinner parties with her friends back home.

Rachel seek out local cuisine, showing two very different culinary influences, such as Barcelona and rural Spain, or in Italy, Naples and the Amalfi coast.

Her new book is packed with delicious recipes and useful foodie tips, that she shares in her book to inspire you to serve up these delicious meals in your own kitchen.
