Steven and David’s chocolate caramel bars recipe on This Morning

Steven and David Flynn served up homemade chocolate caramel bars with no added sugar on This Morning.

the ingredients for the base are: 90g pitted dates (Medjool or regular), 240g ground almonds, Pinch of salt and 1tsp vanilla extract.

For the filling: 180g pitted dates (Medjool or regular), 90g cashew butter (or almond butter or peanut butter), 1 tablespoon water and 1 tablespoon coconut oil.

For the chocolate coating: 300g milk or dark chocolate (70-85%).
