Marcus Bean cooks salmon roasted with dill, honey and mustard dressing, buttered baby potatoes & garden salad for the main course of his bank holiday feast on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 1 kg Side of salmon, Skin on and pin boned, 2 spring onions finely chopped, 1 tbsp finely chopped dill, 2 tbsp English honey, 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 50g pine nuts, blitz or finely chopped to a crumb, Zest of half an orange and 100ml English rapeseed oil.
