James make is dressing from store cupboard ingredients that gives the dish great flavour.
The ingredients are: 2 skin on chicken breasts, 2 cloves crushed garlic, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 shallots, finely chopped, 3 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, 5 new potatoes, sliced and Handful of rocket lettuce.
