Raymond Blanc served up tasty potato and turnip dauphinoise on Raymond Blanc’s Royal Kitchen Gardens.

The ingredients are: 550g medium potatoes, 550g large turnips, 500ml whipping cream, pinches sea salt, freshly ground black, 2 cloves garlic peeled and crushed and 50g comte cheese (optional).
