Simon Rimmer Shakshuka Eggs with Feta and Sourdough Bread and Hot sauce recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up tasty shakshuka eggs with feta, toasted sourdough bread and hot sauce on Sunday Brunch.

1 thinly sliced red onion, 1 thinly sliced red pepper, 3 thinly sliced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1 teaspoon sumac, 2 x tins chopped tomatoes, 150g crumbled feta, 6 eggs, Salt and pepper.

Serve with toasted sourdough, coriander and hot sauce.
